Please read them carefully before placing your orderWhat I OfferDigital art commissions such as headshots, character art, stickers, YCH (Your Character Here), and occasional mild suggestive pin-ups.These Terms of Service apply to all commissions unless stated otherwise. Additional conditions may apply depending on the commission type.A. General Terms● I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
● I may cancel a commission and issue a refund at any time, with prior notice to the commissioner, especially in cases of poor communication, inappropriate behavior, or abusive conduct.
● Commissions are for digital artwork only. No physical product will be shipped.
● Please provide clear visual references when needed, especially for custom characters.
● At this time, I only offer simpler commissions in my style, such as headshots, icons, or chibi-style work. I am not currently offering full-body reference sheets or highly complex custom designs.B. Process & Delivery- Once payment has been confirmed, I will begin work on your commission.
- A draft sketch will be sent for approval before I continue, unless the commission type does not require one.
- Please allow at least 2-4 days for the sketch stage before a draft is sent for approval.
- After sketch approval, I may share progress updates during later stages depending on the size and complexity of the commission.
- Turnaround time is usually 7–21 days or longer, depending on my queue, schedule, and the complexity of the piece.
- I am a slow artist, so sketching and completing a commission may take extra time. Please be patient.
- When the artwork is finished, you will receive the final file in high-resolution PNG format, along with a smaller JPEG version for online use.
- Editable project files or source files will not be provided.C. Revisions■ Each commission includes one minor revision.
■ Clients are encouraged to request changes during the sketch stage whenever possible.
■ Minor revisions include small detail or color adjustments.
■ Major changes, including pose changes, character changes, composition changes, or redraws after sketch approval, may require an additional fee.
■ Any revisions requested after final delivery will require an additional fee.D. Usage Rights► All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed and purchased.
► You may repost the artwork online with proper credit.
► You may not resell, trace, edit, claim, or commercially use the artwork without my permission.
► My artwork may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or AI training in any form.
► I retain the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, gallery, and social media unless otherwise agreed.► Please avoid posting the full-resolution file publicly, as it may be misused by third parties.► Character Ownership
I do not claim ownership of the client’s original character(s) or any existing canon character. They belong to their respective owners.► Artwork Rights
I retain rights to the artwork I create unless otherwise agreed in writing.E. PAYMENT♦ All prices and payments are in USD or EUR.♦ Payment process depends on where the commission is ordered.♦ For direct commissions, please wait until I accept your request and send you an invoice before submitting payment.♦ For platform orders, payment may be handled through the platform’s checkout system.♦ Full payment is required before I continue past the approved sketch stage and finish the artwork.F. Refunds🐊 A full refund will be issued if the commission is cancelled before work has begun.

🐊 If I am unable to complete the commission due to illness, equipment failure, or other personal circumstances, I will issue a full or partial refund based on the stage of completion.
